The award-winning Vango Nitestar Alpha 450 sleeping bag has Vango’s brand new alpha insulation, combining excellent warmth properties with much-improved compressibility it is smaller and lighter than ever before.

The Nitestar 450 Comes with a hood with draw cord closure and shaped sides which prevent heat loss from the head whilst the shaped sides provide additional comfort. The Nitestar is perfect for Scouts and it is a recommended Duke Of Edinburgh piece of kit.

This mummy shaped Nitestar Alpha 450 sleeping bag tapers from the shoulders to the feet and is 100% polyester 190T slightly brushed which gives a soft to touch feel because of the microfibre lining fabric that is wonderfully cosy, snug and breathable. With a two way auto lock zip which seals in warmth and provides adjustable ventilation and can be accessed from inside the bag, also preventing the bag from opening during the night thus stopping you waking up with a cold body.

3D hood with Drawcord Closure and Shaped Sides - Prevents heat loss from the head whilst the shaped sides provide additional comfort. The convenient drawcord closure provides flexible adjustment
Insulated Adjustable Shoulder Baffle - Retains heat within the sleeping bag
Zip Guard with Anti-Catch Piping - Helps to prevent the zip from snagging on the lining, allowing easy opening and closing
Insulated Zip Baffle - Retains heat within the sleeping bag and reduces cold spots
Auto-Lock Two-Way Zip - Seals in warmth and provides adjustable ventilation. Auto-lock prevents the bag from opening during the night and can be accessed from inside the bag
