The Cayman Can offers superb protection from the elements for campers that need an area for utilities. The frame is highly durable and the flysheet material is made from a lightweight yet robust fabric to repel heavy rainfall up to 3000mm HH. The internal space is well ventilated by a mesh window panel and the space inside is large enough to accommodate all types of utilities such as toilets, showers or storage.
A poled frame offers a lighter solution that doesn’t compromise on pack weight or size as each pole is constructed from high-quality fibreglass material. These poles are flexible and they offer increased stability during intensified weather conditions, lateral gusts of wind can be withstood by the tent as not only is the frame exceedingly stable, but the high-visibility guylines also offer additional security as they can be swiftly tensioned or slackened with the quick adjusters attach down the lines.
120HDE fabric is a highly-waterproof textile that has been specifically developed for the Cayman Can. It has a neutral colourway of grey and black and offers a superb hydrostatic head rating of up to 3000mm. The material also has a repellent solution applied to the outer layer to cause water to bead and run off the sheet instead of pooling up and seeping through to the interior. To further assist in keeping the interior bone-dry and protected, a peg-in PE Groundsheet is included with the Cayman Can, you also get high-strength steel pegs and the interior houses a central lantern hanging point for your lighting solution.
