The Dometic Grande AIR Pro 390 has an extended depth of 3m to create an expansive living space inside the awning. The Grande comes in Dometic’s renowned Weathershield Pro Fabric and features their innovative single point inflation system for an extremely quick pitching time.
The Grande AIR Pro 390 is available in two height range sizes: S (235 -265cm) and M (265 – 295cm) – as a rough guide, the S model is suitable for all caravans and some van conversions, whereas the M model is made for larger Coach Built motorhomes. In addition to that, the Dometic Grande 390 comes with a dual kador strip (5mm / 7mm) as standard, therefore it can slide into both caravan awning rails and motorhome wind out awnings. To help seal the awning up against your vehicle, it comes limpet ready as standard or check out the rear upright poles, which simply slide into the padded pockets at the rear of the awning.
The Weathershield Pro fabric combines a traditional canvas feel with modern lightweight properties, to create the ultimate caravan awning material. The front and side panels are easily removable, to help further reduce weight when pitching and sliding it through your awning rail. The rest of the setup is a breeze with Dometic’s single point inflation system and the provided dual action hand pump. For those looking for an even easier process, we recommend the 12V Gale Pump.
When pitched, the Grande 390 offers a huge living area of 3.9 x 3m, this provides ample room for a large dining area without it filling the entirety of the awning. The Dual Pitch roof design not only provides extra stability in bad weather but also creates a spacious and airy atmosphere within the awning’s interior. Apex Ventilation has been added at the top rear corners of the Grande AIR Pro to help combat against condensation and an optional roof lining can be purchased to further reduce this.
